History of the Sema Institute of Yoga
The Sema Institute was founded in 1995 by Drs Muata and Dja Ashby as a non-profit organization promoting cultural and historical education, ethics, health, and yoga philosophy based upon Ancient African, Ancient Egytpian theology and philosophy for the world.
Over the past 16 year of its existence, the Sema Institute has published many books and has completed many seminars, conferences and retreat programs both nationally and internationally. The Sema Institute continues to affect thousands of lives around the world leading adherents to personal growth in mind, body, and spirit.
