Don't Get Frustrated In The Pace of Your Evolution!

By Shems Basu Khepra Ptah

Sometimes our higher evolution isn't exactly like taking a step higher as you walk up the steps to your front door.  Oftentimes new information about our higher Self isn't so easily assimilated into our personality. Some things we hear or learn we can readily put it into practice but other things we will have to systematically integrate into our personality.  For example, when some of us learned about the origin of the ankh and its meanings we automatically were able to integrate that information into our intellectual understanding.  However, when it comes down to actualizing the symbol of the ankh such as obtaining enlightenment, it's not that simple because if it was everyone would be enlighten who knew what the ankh symbolized and the world would be a much better place in which to live.

In order to systematically integrate the actualization of the ankh into our personality, thus, becoming one with Ra we should follow the prescribed method that was laid down before us by the ancient sages (and Re-membered and presented to us by Sebai Dr Muata Ashby).

       1)      Listening to the Teachings
       2)      Reflecting upon the teachings
       3)      Meditation

Know for sure that the "Cycle of Life" is just that, a cycle! This cycle must be completed and the passage of time neither quickens or retards the completion of the cycle.  Our evolution is interwoven into this Cycle and the higher we evolve (elevate our consciousness) the closer we come to completing our individual cycle thus becoming the neteru.

There was a song we use to sing in the south eastern part of South Carolina that said "May the circle be unbroken bye and bye Lord, bye and bye".  I referenced this song because I want to assure you that the Great Circle (Cycle) of Life is unbroken and it can never be broken!  Therefore, continue in your shedy (spiritual discipline) even in the midst of your inconsistencies and seemingly failures because all if this is a part of completing the "Circle of Life".  Just continue in your disciplines because we will surely complete the Circle being unaffected by the passage of time.  Focus not upon time because it is just a tool used to measure the movement of physical objects but it isn't an indicator of measure for the movement of consciousness within the individual.  Time can only measure those things that aren't real, it can never measure your eternal Ba (soul)!

Keep progressing in your practice and you will stop Time Itself!!
